Doing Yoga with your baby will allow you more opportunity to practice while enjoying each other's company.

Through the practice of gentle yoga stretches and breath awareness, you will regain your physical and inner strength , realign your back and pelvis and develop and nurture a calm , relaxed and centred state of being from which to meet the challenges of motherhood. Clare is a practicing midwife, yoga teacher and mother of two with a commitment to the principles of Active Birth.
